The deadline to submit a Reduced Course Load (RCL) request for the Fall 2024 semester was the Wednesday of the first week of classes.

All students on F-1 or J-1 visas with a visa document from ODU who enroll in fewer than the required credit hours (12 for undergraduate students; 9 for graduate students) during the fall and spring semesters must submit this form by the Wednesday of the first week of classes and receive approval via email from VISA to maintain their visa status EVERY fall and spring semester.
