Armstrong Education Scholarship -Must be a full-time student in DCEPS -Minimum GPA of 3.2 -Demonstrated financial need The Robert B. Cunningham Endowed Scholarship -Must be a full-time student undergraduate DCEPS student -Demonstrated financial need The Dr. Helen Moore Endowed Scholarship -Must be a full-time student undergraduate DCEPS student The James and Patricia Cross Endowed Scholarship -Full- or part-time DCEPS student -Demonstrated financial need -Minimum GPA of 3.0 The Peggy Woofter Hull Scholarship -Doctoral level studies (PhD in Education) -Demonstrated financial Need Louise M. Owens Sr. -Demonstrated financial need The Joyce and Jay Kossman Scholarship in education -Full- or part-time DCEPS student -Demonstrated financial need -Minimum GPA 3.0 Barbara McDaniel Undergraduate Scholarship -Must be a US citizen -Must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 -Must be enrolled in a program generally related to modeling, simulation and training -Must be able to attend the I/ITSEC Conference
