This form is for newly admitted students who will be majoring in one of ODU's Premier ID Schools: The School of Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Supply Chain, Logistics & Maritime Operations.

The information collected below will be used to create an efficient advising and registration experience. Upon submission, an Advisor will reach out to confirm your scheduled session date and answer any initial questions you may have.
