The Process
The Office of Clinical Experiences will review your academic standing and any relevant circumstances contributing to financial need. If a testing voucher is awarded, you will also receive up to one month of 240 Tutoring access per licensure assessment. After you demonstrate a diagnostic practice test pass rate of 80% or higher, our office will assist with funding your assessment.
Please note:
Funding requests are not immediate—plan accordingly.
You must be prepared to register for your exam when submitting a request because all requirements to receive funding have been met.
Students who meet eligibility requirements will need to schedule an appointment with our testing designee.
Allow up to 10 business days for our office to respond.
Eligibility
To receive funding for Tutoring supports, students must:
Demonstrate financial need.
Be enrolled in an initial licensure program.
Complete a survey after using 240 Tutoring
To receive funding for a licensure assessment, students must:
Demonstrate financial need (FAFSA must be on file for the semester of the request with a Student Aid Index (SAI) of 10,000 or below).
Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Achieve an 80% or higher pass rate on a 240 Tutoring practice test.
Be enrolled in an initial licensure program.
Complete a survey after using 240 Tutoring and/or receiving financial assistance.
