GRE/GMAT Waiver Request Form

(Specifically for the PhD Public Administration and Policy Program)

To be eligible for a waiver of the GRE or GMAT requirement for admission to the School of
Public Service Ph.D. program, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
A. At least a grade of B or higher in a graduate-level statistics or research methods course

OR

B. A 3.5 or above GPA in a regionally accredited master’s degree program
