The VISA Office hosts the Tax & Travel Signature Days (TTSD) event to assist all international students, faculty, researchers, and staff with visa document travel signatures and tax form updates.

Date: Wednesday, November 5th to Friday, November 7th
Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: ODU Research Foundation 4211 Monarch Way / Building IRP #2 / Conference Room, 1st Floor

Walk-in services for travel signature updates will be available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on event days.

FOR TAX UPDATES

The VISA Office, ODU Payroll, and ODURF Human Resources teams will assist international students, scholars, and faculty/staff employed by ODU, ODURF, or both in updating their tax forms. As discussed during your initial I-9 submission, it is essential to renew your tax documents annually.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
You must bring your I-94 TRAVEL HISTORY to easily complete the forms. Visit the I-94 website to retrieve your I-94 TRAVEL HISTORY (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/search/history-search).

ATTENTION:

Those unable to attend may pick up the tax forms in the VISA office after the event.

If you miss your session and do not submit the form to our office before November 30, it may cause your taxes to be incorrectly withheld in 2026.

Please note that the ODU VISA Office WILL NOT be able to assist with SPT form completion beyond the tax event as our office will be involved in processing the large amount of tax documents.

ARAMARK/ CHARTWAY ARENA EMPLOYEES: You are NOT required to complete ODU Tax forms if your employment currently is with ARAMARK or Chartway Arena/ Oak View Group.
