SAP Appeal Form - Maximum Timeframe
Federal Regulations require students to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). Students who fail to meet SAP standards are suspended from receiving financial aid until standards are met or until a successful appeal is granted. Student may not exceed 150% of the published length of their educational program. Old Dominion University requires an appeal at 125% of degree hours to determine if they will continue to receive financial aid for the future semesters.

**Please Note: Filing a SAP Appeal does not guarantee continued eligibility for Financial Aid.**
