ODU First Star Scholar Interest Form

We'd love to have you! As a First Star Scholar, you'll participate in monthly programming focused around support in school, preparation for college, life skills needed to reach your fullest potential as an adult, and also just hang out with cool students and academy staff! Plus, during the summer, you get to live on a college campus and experience that college life first-hand.

Now it's not just fun and games. We want to be real with you. This program requires your commitment to show up and bring your best self! You'll have plenty of adult support to lift you up when times get tough, and you can also lean on your peers as some of them might be struggling too. We got you. WE ARE FIRST STAR!

If you're currently in foster care and are officially accepted into the program, you'll not only connect with the people at your academy, but you'll be a part of the First Star family from the West Coast to the East Coast. Hundreds of people are going to get to hear about how amazing you are and all the incredible achievements you'll succeed in!
