AUA J. Worth Pickering Administrator of the Year Award Nomination


Award Description:
Established in the 1990-1991 academic year, the AUA J. Worth Pickering Administrator of the Year Award is designed to the recognize the overall body of work of an administrative/professional faculty member at the University.

Eligibility:
Nominees must be designated by the University to be an AP Faculty member and have a body of work that supports each of the required categories: Service, Effectiveness, and Professional Accomplishment.

Nomination Materials:
1. Required Primary Nomination: Primary nominator submits this online form to provide evidence of the nominee's Service, Effectiveness, and Professional Accomplishment.
2. Optional Supporting Documentation: Up to three support letters and/or supporting documentation (e.g. news articles) may be submitted using this form. Either the primary nominator, another colleague/supporter, or nominee may use this form to submit the optional supporting materials.
3. Optional Biography: Provide a one paragraph professional biography of the nominee. This may be submitted by a nominator or nominee. The professional biography of the award recipient will be shared during award winner announcements.

Form Submission:
Please use this form to submit nominations for the AUA J. Worth Pickering Administrator of the Year Award. Nomination materials may be gathered by the primary nominator and submitted all at once using this form. Or, nomination materials may be submitted in separate form submissions. For example, the primary nominator may use this form to submit their nomination and then a colleague can submit another form to upload their letter of support for the same nominee. The awards chair will combine all submitted material to make one nomination package per nominee for the selection committee to review.
