Please fill out this form if you plan on dropping off regulated medical waste or lab materials to be autoclaved.

Please note the following guidelines:
-Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) is material that is contaminated with infectious agents and is considered "biohazardous." RMW is accepted from 8 AM until 2 PM on Wednesday through Thursday and 8 AM until noon on Friday. Drop-offs on Monday and Tuesday may be acceptable at the discretion of B.S.S.F. personnel but is not guaranteed.
-Liquids and dry materials are accepted from 8 AM until 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday and 8 AM until 1 PM on Friday
- All liquids must be labeled.
