The Facilities Manager of Chandler Recital Hall, the Atrium, and Choir Room will confirm requests upon approval. Once your reservation form is received, the appropriate Facilities Manager will contact you with a rental, labor, and facilities fees quote. You will also be provided with a rental contract and a copy of the policies and procedures for your event. Arrangements for fee payment, entrance to the facilities, and other considerations must be made prior to usage.
