TCHEC Space Reservation Form

Thank you for your interest in reserving a space at the Tri-Cities Higher Education Center!
TCHEC hours of operation are Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request:
1. Old Dominion University, its educational programs and Committees reporting to ODU have priority when reserving space at the TCHEC. 2. Spaces may be reserved for academic and professional meetings, receptions and public lectures. Fees may apply for space rental and staffing. 3. No reservations will be accepted over the phone or in person. 4. The TCHEC Staff will reply to your request within 5 business days. 5. ODU reserves the right to deny the request of any entity having previously misused the space and/or facilities. 6. Any entity that makes a reservation and fails to honor or cancel the reservation at least 24hrs in advance of the scheduled date will be considered a "no show." After three (3) "No Shows", the entity will no longer be permitted to reserve space at the TCHEC. 7. The on-site event coordinator is responsible for the clearing off tables and disposing of trash in the receptacles provided after the event. If you need large trash cans, please contact TCHEC staff. 8. Any food and/or beverages for the event should be provided by the event coordinator. 9. Catering: On-site, full service catering must be provided by a university approved caterer. The number of attendees for your event cannot exceed the maximum capacity for which the room is set-up.

Cancellations
