PHEC Space Reservation Form

Thank you for your interest in reserving a space at the Peninsula Higher Education Center!

Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request:
1. Old Dominion University, its educational programs and Committees reporting to ODU have priority when reserving space at the PHEC. 2. Spaces may be reserved for academic and professional meetings, receptions and public lectures. Fees may apply for space rental and staffing. 3. No reservations will be accepted over the phone or in person. 4. The PHEC Staff will reply to your request within 5 business days. 5. ODU reserves the right to deny the request of any entity having previously misused the space and/or facilities. 6. Any entity that makes a reservation and fails to honor or cancel the reservation at least 24hrs in advance of the scheduled date will be considered a "no show." After three (3) "No Shows", the entity will no longer be permitted to reserve space at the PHEC. 7. The on-site event coordinator is responsible for the clearing off tables and disposing of trash in the receptacles provided after the event. If you need large trash cans, please contact PHEC staff. 8. Any food and/or beverages for the event should be provided by the event coordinator. 9. Catering: On-site, full service catering must be provided by a university approved caterer. Cancellations
