Request for Regular OPT Application

This form is currently inactive. We have moved our requests to the International Student Portal. Please submit your request there, by going to intl.odu.edu and logging in.

If you are a current student or are on Regular OPT, you can log on using your MIDAS ID. If you are currently on STEM OPT, you will need to use your email and password to log in.
